Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Existing checklists, photos and reports stay available; new checklists follow the limits of your plan.
Do my cleaners need a paid seat?
No. Assignees complete checklists through a secure link and never need an account. Pro adds team access for co-hosts and managers who run the account with you.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which calculates any applicable tax at checkout.
